New Attraction

The Hollywood Wax Museum in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is a new attraction that opened on May 11, 2012.  The museum sits high on the hill at the corner of Parkway Boulevard and Showplace Boulevard in Pigeon Forge.  The wax museum allows tourist and locals to enter the world of Hollywood Stars.

The museum is 22,000 square feet which makes it the largest Hollywood Wax Museum in the country.  The building makes up two floors of celebrity displays.  The museum is a tribute to the film industry and its movie-making capitals.  The exterior of the building is extremely unique with a replica of the Hollywood Sign and a New York City skyline with a giant ape topping off the building. The 40 foot ape houses the museums VIP observation deck with magnificent views of the Great Smoky Mountains.

The interior houses life-size wax statues of many of America's favorite celebrities.  The museum allows visitors to get into the sets with the stars and learn about each individual.  The wax museum features some of today's stars like Bradley Cooper, Anne Hathaway, Natalie Portman, and Brad Pitt standing sided by side with some of the classic icons like Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, and John Wayne.  The Hollywood Wax Museum is a must see for all ages.
