Smoky Mountain Strong

November 28, 2016...A date that will always be remembered by residents, visitors, and lovers of Sevier County. A devastating fire caused catastrophic damage, but what we have seen is our community rising from the ashes. Our community is continuing to overcome this destruction by pulling together and through the receiving of support from those near and far. Here’s some great upcoming events that will continue to fuel the support our community needs.



Smokies Strong: A Bluegrass Celebration


2-day celebration featuring a lineup of bluegrass music’s top artists. Tickets proceeds benefit the Dollywood Foundation Wildfire Scholarship fund. Artists include Volume 5, Flatt Lonesome, The Grascals, Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, Jimbo Whaley & Greenbriar, Dave Adkins Band, Newton, Barry Bales & Friends, and the Lonesome Rive Band.
Doors open at 4 pm each day...Concert starts at 5!
Tickets are $30 for one day or $50 for both days.

Our Rivers Run Strong:


Saturday, April 29, 2017   8 am-6 pm
Enjoy a day of fly fishing. This event is for all the locally affected fisherman of the Smoky Mountains.

Lunch and dinner will be provided by Lit Barbeque.  Enjoy a day filled with fishing, live music, food, and fellowship.
