Tourist destinations like Sevier County have their share of chain restaurants, but it is the small individually, owned establishments that the locals hold near and dear to their hearts. These restaurants are often off the beaten path or offer delicious favorites that keep the locals and guests to our area coming back often!

3 Jimmy's is located at 1359 East Parkway in Gatlinburg, TN. It is found on the corner of the Parkway and Glades Road and is a perfect place to stop if you are touring the Arts & Craft Community. 

They offer BBQ & Hearty American meals that you can enjoy inside or on the covered patio. They are known for their award winning smoked wings, but everything on the menu is delicious. They also have regular live music. They are open 11 am- 12 am every day.

3 Jimmy's offers nightly entertainment. Need to relax-check out the live music Feeling brainy-check out the team trivia! Feeling groovy-check out Karaoke! Feeling musical-Bring your instrument to open mic night!

Looking for a new breakfast spot? They offer a breakfast buffet every Saturday and Sunday. You can get breakfast from 7:00 am to noon. Find all the normal breakfast treats, such as biscuits & gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and more.

As Real Estate Agents The Derosia Team likes statistics.  In particular, we like to compare the market from year to year.  We would like to share some comparisons for 2006-2011 to show you how the market has changed. We focused on each individual area of Sevier County and the Volume Sold per area.  Here are a couple visual aids to show the change in the Smoky Mountains. Volume of Sales for 2006-2011 This is the same information just a different representation of the data! Volume of Sales for 2006-2011 We also compared the total volume sold for Sevier County as a whole through 2006-2011.   So as the economy suggest the market has dropped since 2006 & 2007.  However on a positive note the market for 2008-2011 has been somewhat consistent in the Smoky Mountains with a slow rise in volume.
