Don't want to go grocery shopping?
Don't want to dirty your kitchen?

Whatever the reasons, if you don't want to cook a Thanksgiving meal, the multitude of restaurants in our area offering a traditional feast will surely not disappoint! Read below for some great choices, but be warned just reading this post will make your stomach growl and your mouth water!

Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant
Serving a Thanksgiving Feast from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm
Adults $25.99 and Children 10 and under $9.99
All the traditional fixings and more: Applewood Julep, Apple Fritters with Apple Butter, Vegetable Soup, Prime Rib with Au Jus, Roasted Turkey with Gravy and Stuffing, Apple Glazed Sugar Cured Ham, and more!

Bennet's Pit Barbeque
Serving a Thanksgiving Buffet from 11;00 am to 8:00 pm
They are offering a full Thanksgiving buffet or you can order a family feast for $100. You must pre-order the feast prior to Thanksgiving. This includes a 12 lb Turkey, 4 qt of Mashed Potatoes, 2 pt of Gravy, 4 qt of Dressing, 4 qt of Veggies of your choice, 15 Rolls, and 2 Pumpkin Pies. 

Corky's BBQ
Serving all Thanksgiving Favorites from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm
Dine in on a traditional Thanksgiving dinner featuring turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and pumpkin pie. Get it to go if you would rather feast at home or need something to take to a family dinner!

Harpoon Harry's 
Serving a Traditional Thanksgiving Feast with a Seafood Twist 12:00-8:00 pm
Enjoy a huge Thanksgiving buffet with all your favorite foods, but also enjoy some seafood options to shake things up a little! Need some more....they are also offering their crab bucket menu.

Mama's Farmhouse 
Offering all you can eat Thanksgiving Dinner 11:00 am to 9:00 pm
Serving a traditional Thanksgiving Meal family style. You get turkey, ham, dressing and your choice of five sides. Don't forget that your meal comes with desert. As always, their meal is all you can eat!

Margaritaville Restaurant
Serving a Thanksgiving Feast 11:00 to 8:00 pm
They will be offering their regular menu and signature margaritas. Or you can enjoy their Thanksgiving Feast featuring Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Stuffing, Honey Garlic Green Beans, Cranberry Sauce, and Pumpkin Pie with Whipped Cream. $18.99 for adults and $10.99 for kids 12 and under.

Old Mill Restaurant
Serving a full Thanksgiving Meal 10:30 am to 8:30 pm
One of the most popular choices in our area, they do not offer reservations on Thanksgiving day. However, do not let that deter you from enjoying a delicious feast! Adults are $25.99 and Kids under 12 are $8.99. They are serving all the delicious Thanksgiving foods including turkey, cornbread dressing, giblet gravy, and cranberry sauce. The corn chowder & fritters, ambrosia fruit salad, and roasted prime rib of beef are offerings that can't be missed!


A few more popular choices: Golden Corral, Cracker Barrel, Applebees, and Shoney's will all be offering a Thanksgiving Meal!

As Real Estate Agents The Derosia Team likes statistics.  In particular, we like to compare the market from year to year.  We would like to share some comparisons for 2006-2011 to show you how the market has changed. We focused on each individual area of Sevier County and the Volume Sold per area.  Here are a couple visual aids to show the change in the Smoky Mountains. Volume of Sales for 2006-2011 This is the same information just a different representation of the data! Volume of Sales for 2006-2011 We also compared the total volume sold for Sevier County as a whole through 2006-2011.   So as the economy suggest the market has dropped since 2006 & 2007.  However on a positive note the market for 2008-2011 has been somewhat consistent in the Smoky Mountains with a slow rise in volume.
